To do this it requires a qualified and competent electrician that should be part of a government registered scheme, like NAPIT. Having a new kitchen or bathroom fitted or having a room change many people forget to plan further than the look of the new fittings and decoration. Before this it is important to ensure your electrical requirements compliment the new design, are they safe and will last the life of the new look. We can pay you a visit, advise and quote for free. With all our new work an Installation Certificate and Commissioning Report will follow and where required Building Control Approval obtained.
Over time the wiring and fittings in all electrical installations will deteriorate. A number of factors can cause this and these can be hidden from view. Damaged parts, loose fittings, wear and tear, corrosion, excessive loading on the electrical circuit’s equipment, ageing or influences on the environment all can lead to risk of danger. Having a Periodic Inspection & Test carried out would allow you to understand how safe and efficient your home is.
All installation work is reported on, certified and covered by the NAPIT Part P scheme. Where the requirement to certify work compliance with Building Regulations is needed, all of this can be easily achieved through our work scheduled and associated schemes which means hassle free paperwork and no hidden costs for the client.
All condition reports and minor works certificates come with NAPIT backing so you know you are in safe, competent hands.
NAPIT Third Party Certification is available to add flexibility and guaranteed assurance to your project work, that you wish to work on and own yourself, ask for details.
